Deposit Requirements

• •£15 non-refundable deposit required
• •Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment
• •Deposit must be paid 48 hours before your appointment date
• •If no deposit is made within 48 hours, your appointment will not be booked

Payment

Cash only accepted on the day of your appointment

Appointment Preparation

• •Please come to your appointment with no eye makeup
• •Your lashes must be clean or there will be a £5 charge
• •If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled

No-Show Policy

The full remaining balance will be charged if you don't show up for your appointment

Timing

Minimum time to complete a full set of any volume lashes is 2-2.5 hours. This cannot be rushed, so make sure you have enough time for your appointment.

Patch Test

• •A patch test is recommended 24 hours before your appointment
• •If you are happy to proceed without one, you may be asked to fill out a disclaimer form
